Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms that are spotless and a great size, although they tend to be overly warm at times. The staff provides warm and friendly service, making sure all needs are met with a smile. The location is superb, within easy walking distance of the Old Town and Jewish Quarter, but there could be issues with graffiti in the vicinity. The dining experience offers a good variety of dishes, catering to different tastes. Overall, a great value for money stay with some room for improvement in room temperature control and external surroundings.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a good size but reminded me of an upmarket bed sit, very old-fashioned and shabby albeit clean. The bathroom was tiny and in need of a refurbishment. Despite the room being decorated and furnished in white, it was uncomfortably hot day and night, necessitating keeping the window open for fresh air. Additionally, the constant sound of rain was a bit disruptive. On the bright side, the hotel offered a variety of fresh foods for breakfast.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a stylish white decor, though ventilation can be a challenge with the need to keep windows open due to constant rain. The breakfast room is trendy and well-equipped, featuring a hair dryer and a safe unexpectedly. The service is friendly and attentive to guests' needs, with excellent English proficiency. The strategic location allows easy access to the excellent tram system and main attractions, though distance to the main square can be a bit far on hot days. The dining options are diverse, with a cool breakfast spread but could improve on food presentation. Overall, a value for money stay with minor room ventilation issues.
The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to the Jewish Quarter and Market Square, making it very central for exploring the city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-furnished, but some noise from the rain can be disruptive at times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially in assisting with arrangements and providing great service. The dining experience offers a good variety of breakfast options to start the day off right.
